PURPOSE: A vehicle emergency rescue transmission system for recording and transmitting an emergent state and an accidental state of a vehicle by using a GPS is provided to prevent previously an accident by transmitting various data related to the accident without a delay. CONSTITUTION: An operation information detector(10) is used for detecting operation information of a vehicle. A position detector(11) includes a GPS receiver and a position corrector to detect a position of the vehicle from a satellite signal. A control unit(12) determines an abnormal state of the vehicle by using the operation information of the operation information detector, outputs a present position of the vehicle by using an output signal of the position detector, and transmits the correct information by performing a position correction process. A transmission and reception unit(13) transmits an output signal of the control unit.
