REMOTE MANAGEMENT SERVICE METHOD USING A DMVR TO PROVIDE A SECURITY SERVICE AND AN ADDITIONAL APPLICATION SERVICE

PURPOSE: A remote management service method using a DMVR(Digital Motion Video Recorder) is provided to offer a security service and offer an additional application service in the daytime or a place in which it is unnecessary for security. CONSTITUTION: A remote place management device selects a mode corresponding a service to be executed from a provided mode menu. If the execution of mode setup is completed, a DMVR receives a digital video transmitted through a monitoring camera and stores the received digital video according to the mode setup. If a digital video corresponding to a predetermined specific condition exists among the stored digital videos, the DMVR transmits a warning message to a remote place through an intranet or the Internet. If a transmission command of a digital video is received from the remote place according to the warning message, the DMVR retrieves the corresponding digital video(S111) and transmits the retrieved digital video(S112-S114). If a remote control command is received according to the transmitted digital video, the DMVR performs a corresponding operation according to the received remote control command(S116).
