PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance air-conditioning and cooling capabilities regardless of the mutual operating states of an air conditioning system and a cooling system. SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit 1E connected to the air conditioning system having an indoor heat exchanger 41 and to the cooling system having a cooling heat exchanger 45 and a refrigerating heat exchanger 51 is provided in a heat source system having compression mechanisms 2D and 2E and an outdoor heat exchanger 4 to perform a vapor compression type refrigeration cycle. Each connecting liquid pipe 11 or 12 of the air conditioning system and the cooling system comprises an overcooling heat exchanger 111 or 110 and an overcooling passage 112 and 102 having one end connected to each connecting liquid pipe 11 or 12 and the other end connected to the intake side of the compression mechanism 2D for the cooling system to carry a liquid refrigerant so as to overcool the liquid refrigerant in each connecting liquid pipe 11 or 12 with the branched refrigerant branched from the liquid refrigerant of each connecting liquid pipe 11 or 12. The overcooled liquid refrigerant is carried to the indoor heat exchanger 41, the cooling heat exchanger 45 and the refrigerating heat exchanger 51 and evaporated therein, respectively.
