PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip-like heat radiation sheet which has flexibility and tackiness capable of tight adhesion to a heat generation source such as flat display, comprises an elastomer having excellent heat conduction and facilitates panel separation. SOLUTION: The heat radiation sheet for bonding a display panel such as a flat display to an aluminum sheet or a chassis is made by allowing a polymer selected from polyurethane, silicone rubber and polyester or polyolefin elastomer to contain heat-conductive filler, has Asker C hardness 10-40°and is formed into strips having width 10-30 mm, wherein the strips are arranged in parallel at a prescribed space.
