<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy and simple lateral register control and positional control of a longitudinal register mark sensor of a plate cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: This printing system is equipped with a plate cylinder 12, on which a lateral register mark 30 and a longitudinal register mark forming part 31 are provided, a guide 15 extending parallel to the plate cylinder 12 outside the plate cylinder 12 and the lateral register mark sensor 16a slidably provided along the guide 15. Outside the plate cylinder 12, an additional guide 18, along which the longitudinal register mark sensor 19a is provided slidably, is provided. In this printing system, by abutting the second securing stand of the longitudinal register mark sensor 19a against the first securing stand 16 of the lateral register mark sensor 16a through a spacer 17 and its controlling mechanism 17a, the positioning of the longitudinal register mark sensor 19a is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
