PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punched cushion material with adhesive agent capable of preventing foreign matter from adhering thereto, enabling the use of existing equipment as it is, and capable of suppressing the rise of cost, its holding structure, and its method of manufacture. SOLUTION: This punched cushion material with adhesive agent comprises a cushion material 1 having a punched face 1a formed by punching, a double-face adhesive material 2 having one face adhered to one face of the cushion material generally perpendicular to the punching direction, and a holding member 3 peelably adhered to the other face of the double-face adhesive material.
