PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a fuel tank and on-vehicle apparatuses such as a battery, etc. arranged in the rear thereof from radiant heat of an engine and an exhaust pipe with a simple and inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: An air intake device 17 set above the V type engine 15 with cylinders 26F, 26R arranged in the front and the rear is disposed in such a way as to cover a space between the front and rear cylinders 26F, 26R of the V type engine 15 and to cover up the front cylinder 26F, and a heat shielding plate 54 to cover up at least the rear cylinder 26R and the exhaust pipe 34 of the rear cylinder 26R of the V type engine 15 by extending forward in a hood manner from a front part of a rear fender 23 is provided.
