摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data unauthorized use prevention system capable of effectively preventing unauthorized use of data, a data reproducing device, a user identification means, a certificate information writer, a data unauthorized use prevention method, a data unauthorized use prevention program and a computer readable recording medium. SOLUTION: The data unauthorized use prevention system 1 is provided with a registration place 9 which issues a first piece of certificate information to a game machine 3 which reproduces data and issues a second piece of certificate information to an IC card 2 for identifying a user among the first and second pieces of certificate information for identifying the data. The game machine 3 performs execution of a game program, etc. according to a judgment result whether or not the first piece of certificate information is stored in the game machine 3 and the second piece of certificate information is stored in the IC card 2.
