PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a skin cosmetic effective for ameliorating the skin so as to have tenseness and gloss by preventing the increase of wrinkles caused by change by aging, ultraviolet irradiation, or the like, by promoting the collagen synthesis by a dermal fibroblast. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic contains an agent for accelerating the synthesis of collagen, derived from milk serum of a mammal, and an essence extracted from molasses. Preferably, the milk serum is one or more kinds selected from the milk serum of the human being, a cattle, a goat, a sheep and a pig.
