PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having a switching member capable of preventing the occurrence of conveyance jamming, winding-down, and winding-up to guide a paper satisfactorily. SOLUTION: This double-side printing device 1 has a printing part 2, an auxiliary tray 8 storing a paper PA which is printed on its surface temporarily, a paper again feeding means 9 feeding the paper PA which is printed on its surface and is on the auxiliary tray 8 toward the printing part 2 again, and a paper delivery part 6 to enable double-side printing by printing on a rear surface of the paper P after printing on the surface of the paper P. The switching member 10 in which a tip part 10d occupies a first position where the paper P passing through the printing part 2 is guided toward the auxiliary tray 8 and a second position where the paper P is guided toward the paper delivery part 6 selectively is provided on the downstream side in the direction of paper conveyance in the printing part 2.
