PURPOSE: A refrigerator with an outdoor heat exchanger is provided to suppress temperature rise of a room and to prevent a refrigerator noise, by making heat exchange executed outside the room. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator(20) with an outdoor heat exchanger(28) comprises a refrigerator body(22) in which parts of a refrigerating cycle including an evaporator are built in; the outdoor heat exchanger installed outside; a discharge hose(24) providing a path for movement of a refrigerant by connecting the refrigerator body and the outdoor heat exchanger; and a speed increase part(26) interposed in the middle of the discharge hose to increase the speed of the refrigerant reduced by the length of the discharge hose. A cooling fan, a fan motor, and a condenser are built in the outdoor heat exchanger.
