PURPOSE: A manually operated hazard-warning alarm is provided to realize a reliable warning alarm by using a switch which is coupled to an alarm button and control a limit switch. CONSTITUTION: A manually operated hazard-warning alarm includes a switching insert member having an alarm apparatus housing, a front panel(1) and a breakable element, a limit switch(5), a switching element and alarm button(2). The switching element is connected to the alarm button, is provided to operate the limit switch and is formed by a switching track(6) which is guided in a guide portion(16) provided to the front panel. The switching track is coupled to the alarm button, is shaped a longitudinal bar, and has a length direction edge enclosed by the rail shaped guide portion.
