PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle for preventing air from flowing backward in opening and shutting a floor door is provided to improve the performance of an air conditioning system and supply air in a temperature wanted by a user. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning case(110) has an air inlet port(112) at an entrance side, and has a defrost vent(113), a face vent(114), and a floor vent(115) at an exit side, having passages(111) for making the air inlet port communicate with each vent. A heat exchanger(4) is installed on the passages. A defrost door(113a), a face door(114a), and a floor door(115a) selectively open and shut the passages extending to each vent. A back-current preventing element(120) is installed at the floor door to prevent air proceeding to the floor vent from flowing backward. The back-current preventing element has a rib(121) extended at one side of an end of the floor door.
