PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact terminal of an ultra-small chip part which requires no contact probe at a tip end of the contact terminal and soldering, does not occur defective contact, has high measuring accuracy and is easy to replace the chip part to be measured and capable of performing measurement up to high frequency in an easy manner. SOLUTION: Cuts are provided on both sides of a contact electrode or an electrode tip end as the same manner of a measuring board 2 so that respective contact electrode parts are independently move up and down like a plate spring and attach them to a base 1 with a plate spring 8 underneath as facing. A guide cover 9 is attached to the above part so that the chip part 3 is easily positioned and then the chip part 3 to be measured is pressed against the part.
