PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plane coil to be manufactured at a low cost in a shorter manufacturing period and improved in mass-productivity when the plane coil is manufactured and to imprint and/or laminate the plane coil on a base film or the like while keeping the non-rigid coil stable in shape. SOLUTION: A sheet material is composed of a support sheet 1 which is rolled out and transferred from a winding body and a conductive film 3 pasted thereon. Coils CP, frames FP1 and FP2 demarcated around the coils CP, and linking parts LP1 and LP2 linking the coils CP to the frames FP1 and FP2 are punched out from the sheet material by press working, and then an adhesive protective sheet 4 (5) is pasted on the one surface of the punched sheet material where the conductive film 3 is pasted. Furthermore, the support sheet 1 is removed off, the one surface of the punched sheet material where the conductive film 3 is pasted is pasted on an insulating supporting sheet 6 rolled out and transferred from the winding body, and then the protective sheet 4 (5) is separated off. A large number of plane coils can be manufactured at a low cost in a short period of time, the non-rigid coil can be imprinted and/or laminated on a support base material, such as a base film or the like while keeping its shape stable, and the plane coil can be improved in reliability as a product.
