PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic acceleration detection device which performs acceleration detection, without using any mechanical sensors. SOLUTION: This pneumatic acceleration detection device is provided with pneumatic sensors fitted to the tires of a vehicle, and an arithmetic unit which has a computing equation or a map expressing the relation between each output of these pneumatic sensors and an unsprung acceleration and finds the unsprung acceleration based on the outputs of the pneumatic sensors.
