TRANSCRIPTIONAL ACTIVITY ASSAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy method having no defects of a joint assay, more efficient than conventional activity assays and reliable for determining bioactivity of transcriptional activity control factors.

SOLUTION: A new method for determining bioactivity of a compound comprises following processes; (a) a process of contacting a host to a compound: (b) a process of determining general transfer gene response; and (c) a process of quantitatively determining the general transfer gene response induced by the compound.
