PURPOSE: A method for controlling subscriber information using a text message, particularly for controlling a subscriber information DB by transferring information by using a text message and analyzing the information, is provided to allow a user to easily control subscriber information through a predetermined procedure. CONSTITUTION: A management server for receiving a text message and controlling subscriber information is assigned a specific service number(S202). The subscriber sets a final receiver of a text message as a receiving server of the management server in a mobile terminal(S204). The mobile terminal inputs a text message including a correction code of the specific service and correction particulars and transmits it(S206). A VLR(Visitor Location Register) of an MSC(Mobile Switching Center) receives the text message and transmits it together with an origination phone number to an SMSC(Short Message Service Center), and the origination phone number and the text message are received by the receiving server(208). A control server of the management server processes the particulars of information included in the text message and corrects a corresponding service of subscriber information stored in a subscriber information DB(S210). The management server creates the correction result in character and transmits it to the origination phone number(S212). The mobile terminal receives a correction result text message and a subscriber of the mobile terminal confirms it(S214).
