PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring performance of a frequency combiner, particularly for easily performing a frequency combining test on a frequency band, is provided to measure a frequency set point by outputting a frequency at a high speed based on a function selected according to function selection data and performing a frequency combining test. CONSTITUTION: A data input unit(100) receives data required for a test for frequency combining, a driving command for the test, and a command for starting/stopping the test. A data processor(140) draws out a data input sheet, applies the data to the data input sheet, and processes a frequency based on the data input sheet. A frequency converter(160) receives the processed frequency from the data processor(140) and converts it into a plurality of streams. A display unit(120) displays the data input sheet, a state of the data applied to the data input sheet, and a state of the converted frequency. A port output unit(180) circulates the plurality of streams in a loop through an input/output device driver and outputs them as a plurality of pins.
