CELL CULTURE DEVICE AND CULTURE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture device for carrying out cell culture under a gradient condition regulated so as to have various kinds of culture conditions for promoting tissue regeneration of a cell to construct the tissue having functions of internal organs/organs; and to provide a culture method.

SOLUTION: The cell culture device has a culture-regulating means for regulating the culture condition imparted to the cell held on a carrier in a medium, on a cell level. The method for culturing the cell involves culturing the cell under the condition under which the culture condition imparted to the cell has gradient by the culture-regulating means to form the tissue.
