摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device of which the generated light-taking-out efficiency is improved without worrying about a leak current and a dark spot. SOLUTION: At least an electrode of one side, a light-emitting material layer and an electrode of the other side are laminated on a pixel area of a substrate. The electrode of one side is composed of a translucent conductive layer, and fine cone-shaped indentations are formed on the surface of an insulation layer formed at a lower layer of the electrode of the one side.
