<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag having a cell structure and an antenna structure integrated through one or more common elements in one body. <P>SOLUTION: A board 20 is made of a flexible insulation material and mounts conductive patterns 31, 32. An integrated circuit 40 of a UHF, RFID tag 10 is connected to the conductive patterns 31, 32 forming an antenna. The pole 31 of the antenna is connected to the ground pin of the antenna on the integrated circuit 40 through a connect track 33 and the another pole 32 is connected to an antenna input pin on the integrated circuit through a connection track 34. A spacer 50 for holding the cell electrolyte is laminated on the conductive pattern 31, and the second pole 60 of the cell is formed on the spacer 50 and the surface of an insulator 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
