PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect short circuits at a plurality of outputs in a stabilized power supply. SOLUTION: Each of a voltage V21 divided by a first resistor 17a and a second resistor 17b and a voltage V31 divided by a third resistor 20a and a fourth resistor 20b is transmitted to a starting control circuit 15 by a fourth diode 18 and a fifth diode 21. Therefore, a transfer characteristic of the diode in one direction causes a voltage drop in a starting control circuit input voltage V40 only when V21 or V31 drops. In detecing short-circuits in the plurality of outputs, a synthetic resistance by the voltage detection circuit of the plurality of outputs does not occur for voltage detection, thus providing an effect of the short-circuit detection of the plurality of outputs being available.
