A key bar (2) is installed into a key bar pallet (4) that is arranged in a large diameter portion between upper and lower recesses (6,7) at the upper end of a cladding tube (1). An edge cap (3) is placed firmly with a frictional grip around the cladding tube and below the key bar pallet. A cladding tube cap (5) abuts the key bar pallet and is fixed to a sealing cap (8) that is permeated by the key bar. An independent claim is also included for a method of producing a heading.
