PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion device and a reservoir tank equipped with it in which the charged kneaded admixture does not easily attach and deposit and the kneaded mixture is unlikely to grow. SOLUTION: The dispersion device is equipped with a slope 4a whereto the kneaded admixture A falling down collides to result in dispersion, and is arranged so that gas is fed into it to enable the surface area to enlarge.
