PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip prevention device for a quilt preventing the quilt from being slipped off without restricting a sleeper and preventing the slip of the quilt during a sleep even in a place other than a bed. SOLUTION: The slip prevention device 1 is so formed that respective base end parts 3' of, at least, two stretchable belts 3, which have clips 2 attached in its their parts and have different length dimensions respectively, are fixed to a holding piece 5.
