<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online order acceptance method and an online order acceptance program that enable a selection of an article delivery service or delivery method. <P>SOLUTION: A management system 11 comprises a management computer 12, and a delivery information storage part 24 for storing delivery data including an article identifier of an ordered article to be delivered and address data on a destination; and further comprises a delivery service information storage part 21 for storing delivery service data storing delivery area data, and a service detail information storage part 22 for storing service detail data on the content of each delivery service.
