PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a plug part which is difficult in workmanship and facilitates distinction between unsealing and sealing. SOLUTION: A stopper 25 to prevent rotation of a cap 2 is formed on a spouting part 21, and a band 4 formed of a circumferentially splittable band piece 5 with the stopper 25 engaged therewith is connected to the cap 2 by connection pieces 7, 8 and 9. Ratchets 40 and 41 protruded outwardly from an outer circumferential part of the stopper 25 are formed on the spouting part 21 so as to form a pair at the symmetrical positions across the spouting part, and the pairs are formed at a plurality of positions in the circumference. Claw parts 10 and 11 are formed on an inner surface of each band piece 5 corresponding to the positions with the ratchets formed thereon. As the cap is rotated, the claw parts and the ratchets are simultaneously engaged with each other at least at four places, and the cap is cut by applying a load on a cutting piece.
