<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wear resistance of seat faces to restrain foreign matter from being produced by rubbing or chipping the seat faces and to restrain the foreign matter from getting into a tank from an opening of a mouthpiece part even if the foreign matter is produced. <P>SOLUTION: This tank component fastening structure comprises a screw fastening part 4 fastened to the mouthpiece part 2 of a high pressure tank 1; the seat face 5 on the tank component 3 side axially brought into contact with the mouthpiece part 2; the seat face 6 on the mouthpiece 2 side brought into contact with the seat face 5 on the tank component 3 side; an escape part 7 provided on the outer peripheral side of an opening 2a and on the inner peripheral side of a mutual contact part of the seal face 5 on the tank component 3 side and the seat face 6 on the mouthpiece part 2 side to form a space between the tank component 3 and the mouthpiece part 2; and a seal member 8 for restraining intrusion of the foreign matter, provided at the escape part 7 to restrain the foreign matter from getting into the opening 2a of the mouthpiece part 2.
