PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for a double display panel. SOLUTION: The driving circuit 23 drives first and second panels, and is provided with an ASIC and two pairs of driving ports. The ASIC outputs a pair of driving signals of opposite phase; the first port pair is electrically connected to the first panel and the ASIC, and receives a driving signal pair for deciding to start the first panel; and the second port pair is electrically connected to the second panel and the ASIC, and receives a driving signal pair for deciding to start the second panel.
