PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auger type ice making machine, preventing remarkable drop of temperature in the upper part of an ice making cylinder. SOLUTION: A thermal conduction member 12 extended in the vertical direction from the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 to the lower part and having a higher thermal conductivity than the ice making cylinder 7 is interposed between the ice making cylinder 7 and the cooling pipe 13. Since a refrigerant flowing through the inside of the cooling pipe 13 flows from the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 to the lower part, the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 is easily cooled, but the cold on the upstream side of the cooling pipe 13 is transferred to the downstream side by the thermal conduction member 12 interposed between the cooling pipe 13 and the ice making cylinder 7 so that a remarkable temperature drop in the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 is inhibited. Although the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 is cooled by ice staying in the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 as well, this cold is also transferred from the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 through the thermal conduction member 12 to the lower part so that a remarkable temperature drop in the upper part of the ice making cylinder 7 is inhibited.
