PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strawlike toy for forming a balloon by breathing into from the opposite end portion, applying a balloon forming agent to the distal end thereof, having no harmful effect of a hormone disrupting substance on a user like a suckling, and does not suddenly release the balloon forming agent from the distal end side of the strawlike toy.
