PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a structure of a vehicle itself that other vehicles and a bicycle traveling side by side are intruded to make an accident since a load-carrying platform of a front wheel and a rear wheel of a tractor pole trailer in a lengthy cargo transportation and a part under the load becomes a high and long space from a ground and deviation and a twisting action are applied due to piling up loading and loading joining of the load itself and the fixing unit is relaxed and dropped off to make a turning over accident. SOLUTION: A frame of a three-axis flat surface load-carrying platform semi-trailer with loading of 36 tons or more is two-divided to a lower three-axle part and an upper body frame part and a connection device is installed on a central part of a lower traveling axle part to make three-axle traveling truck. A ceiling plate is welded to a rear side of the upper body frame and a boss for a set pin is attached and connected. A steering device is installed on a front part of the three-axle truck and enhancement of twisting and turning traveling performance and safety traveling are made possible while turning traveling to a left/right direction. In the super-lengthy cargo transportation, a central part of the frame is divided to two parts in a forward/rearward direction and a box frame is inserted to an intermediate part to make it expandable/contractable.
