PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush which may remove useless resilience and extract effective resilience to solve issues of conventional general toothbrushes used for brushing by a rolling method that the force of bristle points to be pressed against teeth escapes because the grip is bent causing hardness of brushing by keeping pressing by constant force, and when the bristles are thick and hard, the grip is bent by their repulsion force further causing to bend the grip to obstruct good use of repulsion force of the grip of the toothbrush as a whole. SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.1, a grip part of a generally used toothbrush is set at a position rotated in 90°against an upper surface of a bristle part to prevent force of the toothbrush abutting on the teeth from escaping. Further, bristles themselves are made thinner to reduce repulsion force. As shown in Fig.2, the thickness of the grip is made so as to be increased at a predetermined rate from the bristled part side to the rear part side of the grip. Thus the brushing utilizing resilience of the whole grip is enabled as shown in Fig.3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
