PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine arm device for a construction machine facilitating repair in the case of damaging a bracket plate, while restraining second damage. SOLUTION: This working machine arm device for the construction machine is provided with an arm member 18 with the end part formed in bifurcated structure by a pair of bracket plates 24 projected from the end part and having pinholes 26 for inserting shaft pins 16, and reinforcing members welded to the side faces of the bracket plates 24 to reinforce the peripheral parts of the pinholes 26. A repair bracket plate 30 of almost the same shape as the existing bracket plate 24 is attached and fixed to the outer side face of the existing bracket 24 whose tip part damaged from the pinhole 26 is cut off. Even if the tip part of the existing bracket plate 24 is damaged, excavation work can be resumed only by cutting the damaged part and attaching fixedly the repair bracket plate 30 to the existing bracket plate 24.
