TFT SUBSTRATE FOR FORMING A STABLE MULTI-DOMAIN AND REDUCING STITCH DEFECTS AND A MULTI-DOMAIN LCD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate and a multi-domain LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) using the same are provided to form a stable multi-domain and reduce stitch defects by forming a data line to have a bend shape and two sub-pixel electrodes. CONSTITUTION: The first signal lines(121) are extended in the first direction on a substrate. The second signal lines(171) are extended in the second direction to cross the first signal line. Each of the second signal lines has the first region of bend shape and the second region crossing the first signal lines. The first signal lines and the second signal lines are crossed to form a plurality of pixel regions. Each pixel region has a pixel electrode consisting of the first and the second sub-electrodes. Each of the first and the second sub-electrodes has a bend shape along the first region of the data line.
