<p>Yoghurt-fruit drink (A) that contains: (a) 20-80, preferably 40-60, % at least one fruit juice, fruit juice concentrate and/or other fruit components and (b) 20-80, preferably 40-60, % of yoghurt of pH 4.45-4.65. It may also contain additional components, to a maximum of 5% in total, e.g. at least one stabilizer for protein; a vitamin mixture and beta -carotene, and (A) has pH 3.9-4.5, preferably 4-4.2. Yoghurt-fruit drink (A) that contains (a) 20-80, preferably 40-60, % at least one fruit juice, fruit juice concentrate and/or other fruit components and (b) 20-80, preferably 40-60, % of yoghurt of pH 4.45-4.65, with (a) plus (b) being at least 40% of the total beverage. It may also contain additional components, to a maximum of 5% in total, e.g. at least one stabilizer for protein; a vitamin mixture and beta -carotene, and (A) has pH 3.9-4.5, preferably 4-4.2.</p> |
