PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-resistant label sheet with an adhesive material, which is excellent in water resistance, is easily manufactured at a low cost and a large number of which can be printed and copied in a short period of time without curling, paper clogging or piled-up feed even at the time of using a high-speed and high-temperature printing and copying machine such as a laser printer. SOLUTION: On the back surface 102 of a transparent water-resistant heat-resistant synthetic resin film 10 having the thickness of 10-50 microns for which a water-resistant heat-resistant coating layer for static electricity prevention and toner fixation is formed on a front surface 101, water-resistant paper 20 having the water absorbing capacity of the cob of less than 30 g/m<SP>2</SP>and the paper thickness of 35-80 microns is dry-laminated. The adhesive material 30 is coated on the back surface 22 of the water-resistant paper 20 and it is releasably adhered to releasing paper 40 for which silicon 50 is coated on the front surface 41.
