PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antibacterial/antifungal deodorizing liquid agent used for spraying, aiming at the continuous antibacterial, antifungal and deodorizing effects by spraying the liquid agent with an ultrasonic sprayer for drifting ultra fine particles in a room for a long period to every nook and corner and also effective for sick house syndromes. SOLUTION: This liquid agent is to spray the liquid agent as ultra fine particles by using an ultrasonic sprayer, and is provided by preparing a thiazolylsulfamide-based compound, a first liquid agent obtained by dissolving 0.15-0.25 wt. % thiazolylsulfamide-based compound into an aqueous solution, natural resin collective compounds extracted from natural plant components and a second liquid agent obtained by dissolving 0.2-0.3 wt. % natural resin collective compounds into an aqueous solution, and then mixing the first and second liquid agents by (20:89)-(80:20) ratio.
