PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with awareness of a database in creation of a rich internet application, programming of an application having database cooperation function on the side of a server and server cooperation programming on a rich media creating application. SOLUTION: The program allows a computer to function as a data operation information setting means 14 which sets a table defined as a target of data operation corresponding to an operation of a rich media object 5 created by a rich media object creating application 4, an identification name of the data operation and a type of the data operation; a template creating means 16 which creates a template of a data operation instruction which can be executed by a database cooperation application 3 based on the identification name of the data operation and the type of the data operation with respect to the table defined as a target of the data operation; and a template registering means 17 which registers templates in a database 2.
