PURPOSE: A common device is provided to include a telephone wire for transmitting a telephone signal transmitted to a hub from a telephone line to a telephone through an LAN card, in order to use the telephone by directly connecting the telephone wire with the LAN card. CONSTITUTION: On one end of a hub(20), a data line and a telephone line are connected, respectively. On the other end of the hub(20), each signal corresponding to the data line and the telephone line is divided in group unit to be integratedly formed. The hub(20) is formed with plural terminal units. An LAN line(50) transmits a data signal and a telephone signal transmitted to the hub(20) from the data line and the telephone line to an LAN card(30), and wherein the first terminal of one end thereof is coupled with one of the terminal units of the hub(20) and the second terminal of the other end is inserted into a hub terminal groove(31). A telephone terminal groove(34) is formed in the LAN card(30) while being connected with the hub terminal groove(31) to connect the telephone signal. A telephone wire(60) transmits the telephone signal to a telephone(40), and wherein one end thereof is coupled with the telephone terminal groove(34) and the other end is connected to the telephone(40).
