PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof circuit unit for an internal combustion engine simple in structure and easy to assemble. SOLUTION: A coupler 3 is connected to a circuit of a printed circuit board 2 on which electronic components are mounted to form a circuit, the printed circuit board 2 and the electronic components are coated with resin 5 with exposing at least connection terminal 3a of the coupler 3.
