PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an pneumatic radial tire with improved durability, in particular a pneumatic radial tire suitable for heavy load by improving a cord shape of a reinforcement layer of a bead part. SOLUTION: Bead fillers 3, 3 are arranged on outer peripheral sides of a pair of right and left bead cores 2, 2, respectively. This pneumatic radial tire 1 has a bead part 5 mounted around the bead core 2 by folding both ends of at least one carcass layer 4 outwardly from the inside of the tire. A large number of bent projection parts d with a reinforcement cord 6 curved outwardly of the folded part of at least the carcass layer 4 of the bead part 5 are positioned outside in a tire radial direction, and at least one reinforcement layer 7 is arranged in a manner to be arranged in a tire peripheral direction.
