PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction, make it possible to adjust placed height of a glass pane, and securely support the glass pane. SOLUTION: This support structure for a glass floor is provided with a bolt member 4a provided with a base seat 2 at a lower part, and a receiving base 3 engaged at an upper part to be elevated for adjustment, support frames 5 and 5 disposed like a grid along joints between the glass panes 1 and 1 and their intermediate lines to support side parts of the glass panes 1 and 1 on both sides of the joint through shock absorbing material 12 on both sides of their upper surface, in such a way that they are supported by the receiving base 3 at their intersection, glass lock pieces 6 and 6 to lock side parts of a lower support glass pane 1b for the glass panes 1 and 1 on both sides in the joint, with their lower part fixed to lock grooves 5a in the support frames 5, an insertion fixing piece 7 inserted between them to fix locking to the lower support glass pane 1b by the glass lock pieces 6 and 6 and their locked state to the lock grooves 5a, and joint material 8 filled in the joints.
