PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shock in recovering from neutral control.

SOLUTION: A neutral control device for releasing an input clutch 310 when the vehicle is stopped while condition of the vehicle satisfies a predetermined condition, and a torque reduction control device for executing the torque reduction control of an engine 100 when the input clutch 310 is engaged at the time of recovering from the neutral control are mounted on a control device for a vehicle. When a time change rateΔNT of a turbine revolution speed NT is not negative, and the vehicle is not stopped, it is judged that execution of the torque reduction control with the torque reduction control device is completed when äthe turbine rotation speed NT - (an output shaft rotation speed NOUT of an automatic transmission×a gear ratio of the automatic transmission)} becomes less than a predetermined rotation speed NTCNTRE.
