PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite positioning system for positioning a positioning object satellite by using signal transmission sources for positioning on the ground. SOLUTION: This satellite positioning system is equipped with the positioning object satellite having a receiver for positioning and the plurality of signal transmission sources for positioning. In the positioning system, one or more of the plurality of transmission sources for positioning are installed on the ground. Signals for positioning transmitted from the transmission sources are received by the receiver to position the object satellite.
