PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery terminal capable of being attached to a battery post with a sufficient fastening force. SOLUTION: A battery terminal 10 is composed of a terminal body 3; a cam member 2 inserted into the body 3; and a screw member 1 fastened to the body 3 to move the cam member 2 downward. The cam member 2, in which a cam face is formed at an outer periphery part, is inserted between a first extending part 5 and a second extending part 6 connected to a ring-shaped circular part 4 fastened to a battery post BP, respectively, and after inserting the screw member 1 into an insertion hole 2d of the cam member 2, the cam member 2 is moved downward by screwing the screw member 1 into a fastening part 8 attached to the first extending part 5.
