<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform static stretching and resistance training in response to muscle strength, while preventing the damage of a joint, by providing basic elements to be hardly understood, such as keeping a basic posture or focusing attention to a target motion place in training, in an easily understandable motion state, so as to improve a joint movable area limited due to a lifestyle habit and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: A health appliance includes: (a) two kinds of adjustment weights A(4), B(5) are combined and screwed onto each fixing weight (2), so as to adjust the tare, and stored inside a metallic tubular shaft (6); (b)the fixing weights (2) are attached to both the ends of the metallic tubular shaft (6) with metallic fixtures (3) and fixing bolts (7); and (c) each metallic weight (1) is screwed onto the screw part of each fixing weight (2) attached to each end of the metallic tubular shaft (6).
