<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight snow anticlogging device excellent in workability to prevent snow from clogging to a traffic sign and dropping down and to reduce costs. <P>SOLUTION: A roof is formed of upper and lower two layers of a surface side resin sheet having a snow anticlogging function and a closed cell foam plastic of the rear face side.
