PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high reliability with respect to connection state of external connectors when set on the mobile electronic equipment, and realize cost reduction. SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a battery 2 having a pair of connecting electrodes 3, 5 of mutually reverse polarity at one end of the battery case 3, the external connectors 8, 9 connected respectively to these connecting electrodes 3, 5, apertures 12, 13 for exposing the external connectors 8, 9, and an insulating cover 11 for covering at least one end of the battery case 3 and the external connectors 8, 9. The connecting electrodes 3, 5 and the external connectors 8, 9 are connected by regulating the position of the external connectors 8, 9 and the cover 11 is installed on the battery case 3 by having engagement positioned by the external connectors 8, 9. Thereby, the precision of dimension h between the other end of the battery case 3 and the external connectors 8, 9 is made high, and the highly reliable connection state can be obtained.
